1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of cannabis products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method (Interac e-Transfer, credit card, or cryptocurrency). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
